My brother and I opened Genesis Fitness in December 2008. Rocky Mountain House was in need of an improved fitness facility and we felt we could really turn this into more than your run of the mill small town gym.I’ve been working in the fitness industry since early 2008. It has quickly grown into my passion in life. I, like many people today found myself overweight, eating large meals and not getting the required exercise to burn what I was eating off. I woke on day and decided to change all that.
Along with my passion for fitness has come my keen interest in nutrition. This is where I get the most enjoyment helping and teaching people that they can’t just eat what they want day in and day out.
