Tammy Mc Donald is owner/operator of Buffalo Wellness. As a dually qualified certified professional, she can help you rediscover better health and vitality through both personal training and nutrition.

Tammy has many years of experience in weight training and fitness. She received her Personal Trainer Certification through ACE (American Council on Exercise) and loves to share her passion for lifting with others. She especially enjoys helping beginners get acquainted with the gym, equipment and different modes of exercise. If you are more experienced and looking for serious gains, she knows many advanced techniques to help you reach that next level.

Her other passion, healing with nutrition, led her to study with Edison Institute of Nutrition. She received her Diploma in Holistic Nutrition, First Class Honours and is now a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.

My biggest focus is creating a careing environment where small habit chnages, movement, consistency, and self love are my main focus.

I am here for you every step of the way. I offere online Fitness programming, customized meal plans, and in person training.
