21 Day challenge

Welcome to our 2017 Genesis Fitness 21 day Challenge. After great success with last years challenge, we've decided to run another one due to the large amount of requests.

We will be running sign up for our next challenge in May 2018.

This is a 21 day challenge, it's a program designed to teach you that we all have time to fit in some training and meal planning. It's done in a way that works for the whole family or individual. I think the biggest surprise from last year was how easy the meals were to make and how delicious they actually were. 


A few changes from last years challenge:

This year will be Challenge, not a competition. We will be donating a large portion of the proceeds to a local Rocky Charity.

If some buisnesses would like to run their own competition internally, we would be more than happy to help out with that.

$65=gst if you already have a membership. 



Genesis Fitness will also be introducing an auto withdrawal system which is a monthly billing cycle. Making things easier for everyone instead of a large payment upfront.
